Yet another superb maker

Today we want to share with you another wonderful

artist/printmaker who will be joining us at Tea on the Lawn, Claire Mcvinnie.

Claire is a Printmaker who lives in Fife and works in the Dundee Contemporary Arts Centre.

Claire's powerful work often depicts her love of animals, particular

ly horses. She "creates images in a variety of ways such as drawing, mono printing or using photography & manipulat

ing the image using Photoshop. Then joins old traditional methods of printmaking with more modern techniques of image creation in an endeavour to amuse myself & others".

As well as prints Claire will be selling bags, T-shirts and Tea towels so plenty to look forward to!

Aileen Clark

Another fabulous maker joining us at Tea on the lawn is Aileen Clark.

Aileen is a textile artist based in Fife making a wide range of textile art cards, textile wall art and jewellery. Prices start at £10 and £3 for handmade cards.

Just look at the array of colours!

Not content with making jewellery Aileen can also spin her magic into small landscapes!

One of Aileen's beautiful pieces will feature in Tea on the Lawn's Raffle,

"We are delighted to announce that Sparklehen will be joining us at the Tea on the Lawn Event. Sparklehen trained in Graphic Design and Illustration and her work is simply beautiful!

We are big fans of her delightful line drawings and head over heels for her classic colour palette (Our favourite is ‘Bunny in a Teacup Print’).

If you would like to see Sparklehen why don’t you join us on the lawn between 11am and 3pm on the 28th August @Springfield House, Stratheden Hospital, Cupar. Prints will be selling for £7.00, cards for £2.00 and the cushions from £10.00-£15.00.
