One of the main attractions at the Tea on the Lawn event will be a Craft Market, where local artisans will be selling their wares. It's a good chance to meet local people who produce hand made items. Buying direct from the maker also gives the purchaser a chance to talk with and establish a relationship with those who make their favourite pieces.

Join us for a charming end of summer fete on the 28th August 2010 @ 11-3pm. ‘Tea on the Lawn’ will be re-invigorating the tradition of summer Fetes held at Springfield House, Stratheden Hospital, many years ago. The Tea on the Lawn event aims to bring hospital staff and the surrounding community together in a bid to raise funds for the new Adamson Hospital Community Café Extension. Help us celebrate the development of a new community hospital in an afternoon packed with great food, great crafts, prizes, stalls and fun.
